Harrell Homes, owned and operated by Owen County native Jesse Harrell, opened in August 2014 in eastern Greene County.

 

Jesse graduated from Owen Valley High School in 1985 and later received HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) training at Ivy Tech. He also has experience in real estate sales as well as leasing apartments and condominiums, having built and sold several speculation homes as a general contractor. He has owned and operated Harrell Contracting and Excavating for 27 years.

 

Harrell Homes sells new modular, manufactured, and mobile homes across Indiana, working with experienced sub-contractors who know how to work together to make the entire project fast, efficient, and cost-effective.

 

“I’ve spent my life educating myself on and about residential property; I enjoy and take pride in helping others with any of their residential needs and opening a new business to take care of the mobile, manufactured, and modular home buyers’ needs seems like the next logical step,” Harrell said. “We want to offer people a great home at a great price, and we’re confident we can do that.

 

To help with that John Vaught is our general manager. A real estate professional for over 35 years, John had retired from his own successful real estate broker business after 26 years of serving buyers’ and sellers’ real estate needs in Monroe and surrounding counties and was looking for a new venture in the housing market he loved.
